I would like to purchase an apartment in Paris to supplement my holdings in Columbia, the Cayman Islands, and Puerto Rico. Any tips about dealing with EU officials? wink wink

Unless you already have an EU passport that could be tricky. They're really hard to get these days unless you have a direct relative who has one. If you're hard on luck, you'll have to apply for a work visa or apply for citizenship. I don't think ownnership of land is so much a problem as being able to live there legally.
